COMPOSITION
Lidocaine 2%

DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES

Used when the vasoconstrictor is contraindicated. Lidocaine hydrochloride without vasoconstrictor is a short-acting anesthetic.

INDICATIONS

It is the anesthetic of choice for pediatric patients in whom we need a short-lasting effect to prevent the child from being traumatized postoperatively due to anesthesia. In adult and elderly patients for procedures in which the hemostatic quality of the vasoconstrictor is not needed.

DURATION

20 to 30 minutes in the upper jaw by infiltration and 30 to 40 minutes in the lower jaw by nerve block.
